With sleep deprivation and feeding little monkey I am conscious of keeping my energy levels up and fuelling my body with vitamins and minerals. Smoothies are a favourite for me!! Most days I’ll mix together @happywayau powder (today I chose vegan vanilla), kale, frozen banana, blueberries, coconut water, peanut butter, almonds & chia. Tastes like icecream 🤤 ~ What’s your fave smoothie recipes?? My favourite smoothie (although not super healthy) is frozen banana, avocado, cocoa, maple syrup & collagen powder. It’s seriously just like the bad chocolate mousse from the store. The perfect 3pm snack 👌🏼
Frozen mixed berries, milk, natural yoghurt n choc proctoring powder. Oprah’s fave n mine!

I finally bought a thermomix and it makes the thickest smoothie and acai bowls. I find when I eat it with a spoon it gives me the illusion that I'm fuller 😂.
